Because our e-books and printables are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.

We're happy to help if:

• Your file is damaged, won't open or didn't arrive
• You were charged twice for the same product

Contact us at orders@busineslifeco.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number, and we'll send a working file or issue a refund.
